2. Once you complete your Free Intro, the next step is to get signed up for one of our programs

Unlike most Cross-Training gyms, we do not offer foundations. We feel that our coaching and programming philosophy allows for all ability levels to jump right in and start training.

Programs offered:

Strength & Conditioning Classes: Our program focuses on intensity at high levels, different workouts daily to include functional everyday movements which are scalable for each individual athlete. Our training incorporates gymnastic movements, Olympic and Powerlifting, and cardiovascular endurance training to provide a workout that is effective and challenging.

We incorporate various ways of training in order for our members to reach their fitness goals, from nutrition counseling to expert coaching on complex movements. Our program is comprised of basic gymnastics movements, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, and metabolic conditioning. Our coaches will provide instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group class sessions. Our goal is not to sell 500 memberships and hope that people don’t come, this is not how Cross-Training works. Our goal is to provide you with a great fitness experience and help you reach goals that were once thought unattainable. If you are coming from a sedentary background or come to us nursing some injuries and limitations, this will by no means affect your ability to Train with us. Our program is universally scalable to all fitness levels.

Our functionality and simplicity of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms are what sets us apart. We have all of the essential equipment to doing your workouts. Gymnastics Rings, Kettlebells, Concept II Rower, Plyometrics Boxes, Dynamax Medicine Balls, just to name a few.
