30sec 1 Arm OH Hold (each arm)
10 Lateral Leg Swings (each leg)
10 Lunges (each leg)
10 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups w/ Alt Shoulder Taps
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 5 mins of:
100 Double-Unders
30 DB Ground to Overhead (backpack, water jug, etc…)
30 Alt. Single-Leg V-Ups
30 Alt. Lunges with Goblet Hold
30 Alt. Shoulder Taps
30 Burpees (no jump)
Rest 2 mins, and then resume where you left off, for a total of FIVE (5) sets. The total workout duration will be 35 minutes – 5 minutes on, 2 minutes off, for 5 sets.
