2. Elbows High and Outside: KEEP THE BAR CLOSE
3. Muscle Snatch: STRONG TURNOVER
4. Snatch Lands (Power – 2”, 4”, 6”): FOOTWORK
5. Snatch Lands (Full): FOOTWORK
