20x jumping lunges
10x burpee pull up
5x back squat
Strength
10 Rounds: Back Squat
Every 90 sec. perform 1x back squat. Work to a max for the day.  Then perform a max number of reps of back squats at (225lbs, 155lbs).
Stamina
Chipper, not timed:
30x Romanian deadlifts Mens (225lbs, 185lbs) Womens (165lbs, 125lbs).
75x 2-arm KB clean
200m 2- arm KB over head carry (53lbs, 35lbs)
Work Capacity

40x double unders
