30sec 1 Arm OH Hold (each arm)
15 PVC OH Squats w/ pass through
15 Sit-ups
15 Push-ups w/ Alt Shoulder Taps
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 15 mins of:
25 Ground to Overhead*
50 Double-Unders**
*Try to have the object be sturdy and evenly weighted. A water jug would not be ideal because the water will shift when moved.
** If you do not have Double Unders, work on timing with a big jump and double tap your thighs.
