BURGENER WARM-UP:

3. Muscle Snatch: STRONG TURNOVER
4. Snatch Lands (Power – 2”, 4”, 6”): FOOTWORK
5. Snatch Lands (Full): FOOTWORK
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
400m Run
5 Burpees OTB
10 Hang Power Cleans
15 Front Squats
Rx 95/65
Only one person may be running at a time. While one partner runs, the partner inside the gym should be working through as many rounds as possible of 5 Burpees, 10 HPC’s and 15 Front Squats). Partners then switch roles once the running partner has returned.
