STRENGTH:
10 Rounds – every 30 sec. perform 2x dead lift. Use the same weight across all 10 sets. weight should be at 60 – 70% of your 1 rep max
STAMINA:
4 Rounds, not timed of :
10x Bulgarian split squat
10x Romanian dead lift
60 sec. farmers carry
WORK CAPACITY:
60x front rack lunges (95lb, 65lb) any time you put the barbell down perform a 1x burpee penalty.
