ROM drills, 3 rounds – 50X double unders, 10X air squats, 10X good morning’s @ 45lbs – 35lbs
Strength
Bear Complex: 5 rounds – complete 3X bear complex build up to a max triple for the day. Bear Complex = power clean + front squat + jerk + back squat + jerk.
Stamina
20 burpee’s, 75 sledge hammer strikes, 400m front rack sand bag carry.
Work Capacity
6 rounds : 5X strict pull ups, 10X box jumps (box jump overs if your feeling froggy), 50 double unders.

Yoga mobility drills.
